The hotel was very nice, and the staff were very professional. I booked a business room with an air condition because of health issues. The air condition refused to work after the first night, and the safe deposit box also ceased working. The former was fixed towards the end of our stay, which was an issue. However, the hotel gave us a complimentary meal, which was so excellent that it quite frankly made up for any inconvenience.

This is a very nice hotel. Modern, with brilliant facilities. It has a sport center nearby, a miniature historical village, unfortunately closed at the times we were there, but would have happily visited it with the kids and it has a water park with one ticket/pers included. We could not visit that either, but I think it was a miss :-( Furthermore it has a great restaurant with quality food both for children and for adults which was a great value for us. We were travelling with two kids and it is so difficult to find a place where to find food that the kids like while at the same time being able to eat real quality adult food at the same place! And the staff is great: helpful and smiling :-)

Staff friendly and willing despite shortage. Lots of space and greenery around the hotel (also good for our dog). Good location for activities and f.i. visit Kolding. Fine and complete breakfast.

Nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast - really recommend! A bit outside city but easy to get there if you have a car - but you need to drive a bit to get dinner in the city. Would be nice to have fridge in the room - especially during summer:).

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, quite spacious and reasonably equiped. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of choices and for a good price. Having a free voucher for the sportcenter's aquapark next door was just lovely, the kids loved it!

Room was very nice, tidy and spacious. Beds and sheets were very comfortable! Simple parking registration and check-in on the reception. Good price and location!

Good standard type hotel. The location was very convenient for the festival I was attending - but otherwise you should note that it is located somewshat outside the city centre.

I loved the fact that it had a water centre right next door and a little train that brought you to a wonderful playground. Great place for families. And the conference rooms were brilliant.

Clean, modern hotel with lake view playing with the charm of bare concrete. Comfortable room with plenty of space and very good beds. Coffee maker. Free parking in front of the hotel. Smoked salmon for breakfast was a treat.

Wonderful staff at front desk/registration - Natasha was so helpful! The room was clean, space used efficiently. We opted for an air conditioned room and appreciated it being offered. Excellent dinner and great wait staff. Breakfast wasn’t as “successful” an endeavor for us, as Americans, but everyone else loved it! All in all, a great find and highly recommend!
